When do the waterparks get crazy?

We love the waterpark! We are going the begining of March this year and I was wondering when they start to get busy? When we went in early Feb. there were probably only 100 people at BB the whole time we were there. Of couse it was only 67 degrees.

Last March break they would have been fairly empty because we had lousy weather

Every April trip I have had though the water parks are very full.

In normal hot wether, they usually get crazy an hour after they open. By then no shaded areas left, and so many people in the "lazy rivers" that it wasn't even worth it to try and get in.
It's so bad that we don't even bother with either TL or BB any more--.

Last August we got that early and it was a pretty big crowd.

I hate to state the obvious, but on the hot days - it will be wise to get there early before they reach capacity.

Since we have our car on each trip we drive ourselves to TL for the opening. That way we have an hour or so of "peace" and then it gets crazy. This will be the first year that We do many slides and such since we will have more in our group and DD is only 4. I will know more after August.

We last went to TL on a gorgeous Saturday in October. We got there around opening and it was wonderfully empty until around noon, when the slide lines really backed up.
