When do the Thanksgiving crowds start?

I am thinking of taking the kids on a surprise trip after DH leaves for deployment. They are off school on 11/18 & 11/19 which is the Thursday and Friday before Thanksgiving. We would come home on the Sunday before Thanskgiving. Wondering when the crowds for Thanksgiving start rolling in?

We were there one year the week before Thanksgiving and it was absolutely dead until the Saturday before Thanksgiving. We went to MK that day (our last day) and it was packed.

I would think that would be a terrific time to go. The crowds for Thanksgiving don't get going until the week-end before T-day and then peak on the actual day and die down the following Sunday.
