When do the Park hours come out?

We are leaving on March 1, so I need park hours to figure out which day we are going to which parks so i can make ADRs I now I've seen other posts out there before about this , but do you know when the park hours come out? I know it looks like 6 months out, but do you know if March's hours will be posted by the 1st of September????? Thanks
