When do the narrators for the procession come out?

That will be a preliminary list with multiple dates left unassigned.
The list gets updated almost right up to the actual dates of the performances.

You are correct, names begin popping up June/July...but will not be finalized until Nov.

Last year I went, my narrator was switched 1 week before, so anything can happen per se.

Depends on how comfortable they are with the whole situation. Some have already come out, (NPH). Others, not so much.
