We're going on the 15th dec and hoping there will have been an update of the menus :) anyone know?

I'm not sure whether there's a regular pattern as to when they're changed :confused3 sometimes it seems to be two or three times in a year then other times we've found them identical to when we visited the previous year.

Are you not finding the menus to your liking or is it you just fancy a change?

The menus normally change annually in March/April, with seasonal changes at some Table Service restaurants in November/December.

But like Ware Bears has noticed I have seen the same menu at some Table Service restaurants for two years in a row. Also the menus tend to change when a restaurant gets a new head chef. This happened at the California Grill last year.

I really hope Auberge has changed from last August. It really wasn't very tasty - even though the fact that chicken was on the menu promised at least a few mouthfuls!

I think it has changed because I ate there in Feb and the food was a vast improvement from last October where I refused to eat there because the food looked disgusting.

Hmm - I wonder if there is a new menu knocking about somewhere for me to see!

I agree, when we ate there in March the food was lovely.

There is a big menu/food change coming, but we don't know when! This was alluded to by DLP a couple of weeks ago but no more details been given. The impression I got was that this is more than the usual menu change we get every now and then but more a big change in their whole food services operation, but with new menus too!

I had a lovely pumpkin soup as a starter and from what I recall was a chicken and rice dish that was very very yummy. Not sure about dessert. Didn't get that far. :lmao:

I was hoping for new menus by next week :0)

In time for the new season in March/April I expect. I have heard that a few kitchens are being moved closer to the restaurants. I know a lot of the kitchen staff have been up set by the changes made a few years ago to buy cheaper frozen ingredients. Hopefully these changes will put fresh food and vegetables back in the kitchens.

The menu/food changes sound interesting! I wish they would be around for my winter trip already! I just hope this does not also mean large price increases!

Some of them I do like but for example the Cafe Mickey menu changed just after I had been there last oct and the one before was better! :confused3 A change is always nice though!
