When do the holiday events begin in DL?

We're planning a November trip and are hoping to see disneyland in its holiday splendor. The DL website shows its running from Nov 13 - Jan 3 http://disneyland.disney.go.com/dis...alEvents/detail?name=HolidaysSpecialEventPage but mouseplanet shows it not running til Nov 20- - Jan 3 http://www.mouseplanet.com/8964/Disneyland_Resort_Update . Dh is in retail so if it isn't til Nov 20, we'll be unable to make it. I'm assuming I should go with DL's dates, but mouseplanet is usually pretty reliable right? Does anyone know for sure when the holidays begin?

Hmmmm. . . at first look I was tempted to agree with MousePlanet because typically, DLR doesn't start their holiday festivities that early in the month. However, since the official Disneyland website lists Nov 13, and seeing that they are ending so early this year in January (typically it runs the whole first week of January), it would make sense that they are starting early this year.
