When do the Christmas parties typically start?

Planning a trip in early/mid November. I am assuming the Christmas parties are in full swing, but you know what they say about assuming! LOL

If they follow history, it will either be Nov 6 or Nov 8.

Yes end of the first week in Nov. I was there in Nov during the 1st Xmas party and it was Friday Nov 8. I would guess Nov 6 in 2020.
