When do the Christmas decorations come down?

I'm sure this has been asked already, but does anyone know when the last of the Christmas decorations usually come down? We had a change in plans and our May trip got bumped up to January. We'll be arriving January 7th, and I'm just curious if anything will still be up. I was looking through my pictures from the last time we went in January (in 2013) and there were still some decorations up on the 8th, so I'm hoping we'll see some this time. We had a Christmas trip last year so I don't mind missing the Christmas stuff this year, but it would be a nice treat

I was in the parks the week of Jan. 6 of this year and the Christmas decorations were still up

Around the 6/7th traditionally for resorts. You may get lucky and see them at the parks. It seems as if the date has some wiggle room but you can assume the week you'll be there, things will be coming down most places.

MK will keep most of theirs up till the marathon.
Resorts will have taken most all of theirs down by the 7th
Other parks not as sure about. I think they may come down by then but maybe the trees stay up till marathon too

I'm glad to read that the resorts keep them up that late! My family is arriving on January 3 for the Marathon weekend, and I was hoping to see the Wilderness lodge's decorations. I hear they are gorgeous!
