When do the cheerleaders arrive and where do they stay???

We need to make ressies for one night - Sat. Dec. 3. We'll be arriving late and want to stay on site since the next day we'll be moving over to the BCV. Since we're pretty much looking for a place to sleep we'd thought about trying All Star Movies - our kids (6 and 3) would really get a kick out of it. If the cheerleaders are there we'll stay in a moderate instead. We traveled to WDW this same week last year and know the Pop Warner kids were staying on site. Does anyone know when they're coming? I assume they'd be in the all-stars, but does anyone know if they'll be in any of the moderates?

Good question! we are thinking about staying at one of the value hotels from 12/7-12/12. It might be alittle crazy staying at the same hotel as the cheerleaders. Don't get me wrong, I was a rah,rah,girl in high school .Just would like to know the scoop!

December 4 - 10, 2005 Pop Warner Championships and Super Bowl

I think most of them stay at AllStars/Pop and some may be at Caribbean Beach, too.

I had to laugh! It sounds like a plague of locusts are descending on the resorts! I know what you mean though, I was a cheerleader too, but we were at ASMovies in March and they were everywhere! From reading Pop Warners message boards (that have been discontinued) early in the year, it sounds like they are going to have better control over the kids this year. I guess last year was kind of rowdy.

We go every year in December.
Almost always part of our trip is with the PopWarner kids. And alot of people on here really bash them bad. They really are not that bad. Yes during prime meal times the food courts are full. But we never go during that time anyways. You rarely see them in the parks except towards the end of their week.
They are not allowed to practice at the hotel and if they are all you need to do is ask for an adult and they will stop it.
Most of the kids will stay at the all stars, over flow goes to pop and if the familes that go with want to some will stay at PO or CBR.
Let's give them a break they are not that bad. I have seen ALOT worse at the local malls.

I'm not trying to flame the cheerleaders - I just don't want to stay where they're staying. Last year there were lots of complaints that they were very loud in the hotels and often unsupervised.
