when do staff judge?

They dont have specific days or time. They just come when they are free

You just have to have enough people in your room long enough for them to notice you on the list of best guest rooms and then you have a chance of being judged, but its not a sure thing, takes a lot of work and a good room with a lot of time spent in the room operating it, or a lot of prizes to give out! Its hard work, good luck!
