When do Staff come to Room

When do staff come to your guest or game room? I was trying to have a chance at getting best game room but a staff never came. It was 3 mickeys for a while and 2 for a while. I was in there for about 2 hours but no staff ever came?

You just have to keep trying, and try to get the room to like first or second place as much as you can. Also stay in the room and get it up there for a few nights in a row, and if you're lucky staff might come.
