We just left (really, I am on i5 now) and they were running out about noon. I got one on Saturday 6/7 around 10am with a 2-3p return time.

It varies, but the general advice is still around 90-120 minutes after the parks open. It is also worth noting that they do not distribute FPs if the ride is down (so if RSR is not running at opening, they do not distribute FPs until the ride opens).

We went on Wednesday (6/4). The park opened at 8, we got there around 10:30 and they were already gone.
