When do reservations open?

I am trying to decide whether to quickly arrange a trip to WDW in January 2022 or wait until later in the winter/spring. I was looking at character dining reservations to help me decide. It looks like nothing is open the week of 1/17. I tried looking in March but the system wouldn't let me look past mid February. Is that right?

Dining reservations open at 60 days now.
