when do new fp+ times open up?

Help, last minute trip. Have resort res, Coronado (yea!) and just got military tickets today. Leaving 2-26. Trying to make all my FP+ res tonight and first problem: trying to make am res for HS on 2-28 and cannot get TSM before 4pm. Will new times open up? I wont be there at 4P. Also cant get soaring before 4 on 3-3. If new times do open up will it be that morning or maybe 1-2 days before?
One more question, how do I put in a room/section request for Coronado? Can't find anything online, do I call? Disney or the hotel directly?
