When do MFs start at BLT?

I just closed on my main contract and am thinking about adding on at the BLT. If I purchased now (My UY is in Dec.) does anyone know when would I have to start paying MF?

Dues begin on the later of your purchase date, the start of your initial UY and the occupancy date of the Unit you purchase. For example if you purchased BLT today, your first points were Dec 2009 points and your occupancy date was Sep 1, 2009 then your dues would begin on Dec 1, 2009. If you got 2008 points then your dues would begin on Sep 1, 2009. I actually have no idea what the occupancy date is so I'm using Sep 1, 2009 as an example. I also have no idea whether your first set of points would be Dec 2008 or Dec 2009 points but you will need to know those two pieces of information in order to determine when your dues would begin.

Also December UY. First points will be (would be - if I purchased) December 2009 - so dues would begin 12/09.
