When do I start looking for points?

I want to rent 65 points a BCV studio for June 2004. When will these start showing up for rent on the rent/trade board?

Can you be listed two ways on the reservation - one as the main person or as the owner's guest? From what I've read it looks like you're more likely to receive member benefits if you're listed as a guest.

You should start looking now. You can not technically be a guest if your renting but renters have been getting the guests benefits anyway so it shouldn't matter.
