When do I have to pay?

I've been holding off adding the dinning plan because I am waiting for my rewards card from my Visa and web certificates from Mypoints.

I know I have until 5 days prior to my arrival to add the plan. My question is when do I have to pay? Can I pay on arrival or do I have to pay when I call and add the plan? And if I do have to pay when I call, can I split the charge between multiple credit cards?

If it's added within 45 days of your arrival date it will have to be paid in full when you upgrade.
