When do I book Palo and Spa on the REAS?

Ok, I've made all my dinner reservations for the land portion, I've booked myhusband's excursion (which the reservationists thought was hiliarious that I wasn't joining on parasailing), we received our cruise documents today, when do I get to book our Palo and possibly spa reservations?

We have the romance plan, so I was told we get to book Palo early, but I can't seem to get an answer from anyone at DCL as to how or when this occurs, so I turn the best source of information . . . y'all. Your expertise is much appreciated. I, too, am in the obsessive planning stage and would like to know when to do whatever it is I need to do.

I called DCL 10 weeks prior to cruise and asked to talk with Debbie (Dining coordinator) to book all our REAS ressies. If she isn't there or is on another call, leave a message. She will get back with you ASAP

I called DCL and asked yet again, because I have received several different answers. They said I should get a letter in the mail (any day now, I hope) that would explain all about my Romance Package. Supposedly, someone from DCL will call me two weeks before the cruise to arrange the reservations.

Has this been others' experience? I am probably stressing for no reason, but I like to know what to expect.
