when do cp and osborne lights start?

We are thinking of going next Thanksgiving week, but want to make sure we get to enjoy all the Christmas festivites. When do these start?

This year both start on Nov 28th which is the day after Thanksgiving.

Good to know, I thought I read that they didn't start until Sunday!
