When do CM's gather to pin-trade at Plaza Inn in DL?

I know I saw this somewhere on one of the forums I read, but I can't find it. Is it early afternoon? And is there any specific time or location in DCA that CM's with lanyards are more likely to gather?

Plaza Inn is in the hub at DL. Don't know the answers to your other questions since I'm an East Coaster.

We were at DL in April and pin traders gathered at Plaza Inn between 1pm & 3pm - not sure if the times are still the same. My boys also had fun trading in the afternoon at the pin cart by the Monorail station in DTD.
