I am going to be there Nov13-15......will there be any at all?

im not completely sure but i believe they should be yes i think after november 1st they start going up

They start coming up almost immediately after they take down Fall/Halloween decorations (November 1st). By November 13th I would guess Christmas season will be nearly in full swing. Last time I went we arrived around November 20th and all the Christmas stuff was up. Definitely need to check out the dancing lights at Hollywood Studios I've heard its the last year.

We have been around Veterans day and every day there's more decorations up than the day before.pixiedust:

I wish I could check out the lights but I dont know if I will have time and would have to get a 1 day ticket just for that and HS is hit up right now besides that

The park decorations go up right after teh last Halloween party. The resort decorations go up a few weeks later. We were there last year 11/9-11/19 and i'm guessing it was about half way through when the trees went up at AKL.

Right.
OP, are you talking RESORT decorations or PARK decorations. The answers are pretty different.
You'll see PARK decorations for sure.
You'll see some RESORT decorations, both in the assembly process and completed.
