When do Chrimbo decorations go up?

I'm sorry I know this has been asked a gazillion times before but in my role as "Official Holiday co-ordinator" for a friend at work, I need an answer for her quickly! The family go for a once in a lifetime trip (I know, I told her thats how it always starts!!) November 5th-19th. When do the Christmas trees in the parks and resorts start going up? I've only ever visited post thanksgiving and I think that is catalyst for the decorating isn't it? What about the gingerbread house and carousel? Anyone know when they are erected? She has two young daughters and I really want them to see all there is to see just in case it really does end up being their only visit!

MK is decorated by 2nd week of Nov.
Everything else is slowly added until ALL is ready by Friday the day after Thanksgiving.
