When Do Cancellations Show Up in the System?

Is it immediate or is there a time each day when all cancellations are uploaded into the system? Right now I'm checking several times each day, is that best?

Yes it's immediate...that's why on the cancellation threads some people will coordinate a time to drop and pick up ressie's.

Keep an eye out on here for the cancellation thread for your travel month but also keep checking the Disney website.

What a few of us have been doing in the September ADR cancellation thread is to post availability of the restaurants that we find during our surfing time on the
Disney website. It has helped a few people out by us doing it.

I dont understand why ppl bother posting cancellations on a thread. by the time you read the cancellation on the thread, login to disney dining website, check for ADR's, some else might have easily taken that ADR that was cancelled. Do you know how many ppl are logged onto the dining ADR system at a given time? LOTS! i've always been successful at getting ADR's a few prior to my trip just by being completely anal about it: checking online for openings SEVERAL times a day. Lol. Persistence pays off, cause im always able to get the ressies I want.

What a lot of people have been doing is posting before they cancel so if anyone is interested they can coordinate a time to both be logged into the system at the same time. Not foolproof, of course, but it ups the odds considerably.
