When do 2009 prices come out?

Anyone know? I am would like to think about a trip next year, but the prices only go though 2008!

Prices usually change in September or October so be sure to buy your tickets before then.

Wouldn't the tickets expire before 2009? Could a person purchase an AP and not activate until 2009?
