When Dining disconnects on you!

OK, on hold for twenty minutes, then get someone, tell them what I wanted, then nothing....

UGH! I hate when this happens!

I called this morning right at 7:00 am, set to the real GMT time too. I got in and waited until 7:59 before my call went through. The cindy breakfast that I wanted was already full on the 90 day mark. they said I could do Norway's place.

1. I can't believe I was not one of the first to call and get in. My call had to be pushed back for somereason.

2. I can't believe that hundreds of people did and wanted the same thing at the same time.

I know that was not being cut off, but I was pretty frustrated when I made the effort to get in and only get nowhere.

From personal experience, we'll never do Norway breakfast again, too.

Sorry you had no luck.

I think Dining must be short staffed cause this trip seems I've had the longest waits trying to call in there.

Today I called with a question about the candlelight dinner package and was transfered to another castmember and was disconnected. When I called again I was told I could not make ressies today. I told her I just had some questions. One question I had was "Is dessert included in the dinner package?" She had no idea.
