When dining at these locations, what's the best park to be at?

the WL and the Poly are Magic Kingdom Resorts, so that would be the closest park. You could take the bus from the MK to the WL. There's also a boat that will take you there, but that can take longer than the busses (no matter what you take, leave at LEAST 45 minutes in between the time you leave the MK and your ADR time). For the Poly, you could either walk there from the MK or take the monorail. I suggest taking the monorail, but the walk is fun too if you aren't too tired. It's a really pretty walk and it's not so far.

The first two would be the MK -- you can take the boat launch over; Poly would also be MK -- take the monorail form the MK or you could be at Epcot and take the monorail and walk over from the TTC

On your way out of the MK, you can head to City Hall (Guest Services) and they will be able to direct you.

How are you walking from the MK to the Poly? I didn't think that was possible because there is a canal in the way.

You can walk from the TTC to the Poly, but if you are at the MK you would still have to take the monorail or boat to get to TTC.

I agree with everyone that MK is the closest to those restaurants. However, keep in mind that there will be transportation from all the theme parks to WL and Poly as well so if you will be at another theme park that day there is no reason to worry. Just allow a little extra travel time.

Also, PP is right. You can't walk to the Poly from MK. You need to take a boat or the monorail.

I would say MK for all of them. Especially for the WL ones so you can take the boat or you could just take a bus from any park to the hotel.
