When did you guys get your DVC 500 Disney reward Dollars!!!! UPDATE!!!!!!

Hey guys! I still hav not gotten mine yet. I closed in July...I was hoping to have them for my upcoming trip in Oct but I did not notice them on my statement yet. I hope I get them.

I was wondering the same thing. I closed in July, too. The promotional material indicated it can take two billing cycles. I hope that's true and it hits in Sept and no later than October for our November cruise. When should we set our clocks to check on this?

Were still waiting on our 500.00 GC. We closed in May It was suppose to get here by the 28th of Aug still no show. My DH is at the point he wants to give them back or add on. We closed in May. I have called are guide Since July and still no card. We leave on saturday so it won't be here for the trip.

Sorry mine aren't the points. Mine is a GC. And yes we are still waiting. My dh says if they don't keep there part of the contract why should we keep ours. But We love our extra points we would much rather stay in a 1 bedroom.

I am waiting on the $500 Disney Visa Reward dollars that are to be credited to my rewards account. Other posts reported 60-90 days, so I was thinking 2-3 billing cycles. My statement comes out on the 16th of each month, so I am HOPING the reward dollars will be there when my statement closes mid-September. We closed at the very end of May, but when I called our guide in June in response to the e-mail from Chase he said we still qualified for the offer.

I closed in July as well and am still waiting the good thing is that I dont have any upcoming trips so I'm not chomping at the bit to get it....but how sad for those of you that have trips coming up I'd be a bit bothered too

I also closed in July and am waiting. I wonder if it has anything to do with the original date of closing. My paperwork said we would close Aug 12 but I actually closed on July 21st so I wonder if that could be part of the hold up, It is 60-90 days from your original closing.

Well let me see if I can shed some light...
I sent all my paperwork back into DVC mid July, Found out I closed early August, checked my DV statement online 9/5 and my rewards points were there!!!

Yeah well I called and I still don't have them added on.I guess I'm not getting them. Whatever this stinks. I knew it was too good to be true!

Ok I just got off the phone with Steve and I'm getting them...they should be on after 2 billing cycles...we closed in July so they should be on my next billing statement...I get my bill the end of each month. I will keep you all updated.

Steve said that he gets these calls all the time. it is just a process and takes time.

I spoke to our guide on June 16, so I guess our June statement doesn't count since it closed on June 15. I checked July 16, nothing. August 16 (while we were at WDW), nothing. Now I am just waiting to see if anything shows up this month. We had already closed when the e-mail first came out, but our guide did say we were eligible. It really kind of irritates me that we didn't get the gift card offer (at the time it was for SSR purchases only, and we chose AKV) and now from the looks of it we may not get the reward dollars, either!

Call your guide...that is what I did. Talk to them and see what they tell you.

We paid our deposit right before our July 20 statement date. The points were there a few days after getting our Aug 20 statement
