Does everyone think they will be tickets or vouchers?

I'm thinking vouchers...you will then have to take them to Guest Services to exchange for the tickets.

I never received a confirmation e-mail, only the strange survey e-mail. I just called and I won!!!!! He gave me my confirmation number and said he is not overly confident that anything will be mailed...just hold onto the number and bring it to guest services. Yippee! We'll be there in May

I'm not going to call Customer Service until the end of this month if I have not recieved anything in the mail yet. If I was headed out next week then I would call but since I dont go till the end of April.

According to the rep I spoke to, there has been a lot of confusion due to the outsourcing to a third party. They aren't in control and they are not mailing them...the other company is. He said based on how this was handled he wouldn't be suprised if I don't get the voucher. He told me to just hold onto the confirmation number and bring it with me.

I was coming home from picking kids up from school and as I drove by my front door I saw a rather large envelope laying on the welcome mat (it wouldn't fit into the mailbox). I got so excited!!! I pulled into the driveway, threw the car in park, raced DS to the front door (yes, I won-back off kid, this is MOM'S prize!) and picked up the above mentioned envelopeS...





They were DD's pictures from softball. Nothing today...

Just got off the phone with guest services. Was told they were just mailed and I should be receiving something in the next few day!!

That is hysterical! I guess the answer you get depends on the person. After all of this, I would just call before you are leaving...if you won, they'll give you the code. If not, you pay! I only called now because I DID NOT receive the confirmation e-mail...luckily I did win. Good Luck everyone!

I can't even imagine the flood of calls they are getting now about the vouchers/tickets. I called a couple of days ago and got right through. I have my conf. # if the voucher doesn't come before I leave on Saturday.

The girl I spoke to didn't give me a confirmation. She just said to bring my id to any ticket window and they could look it up. Do you think this will be ok or should I call back to get my confirmation #?

I am doing the happy dance ! Why...Because I got my voucher! Yahoo! It came by first class mail and looks like an ad advertisement they would send out bulk advertising the park. When you open it though it has a voucher attached that you tear off and present at the park!
