It may have been more reliable to send a shipment overseas via FedEx and considering the UK is 6+ hours ahead of US, perhaps they received it Tuesday afternoon. I'm hoping they all went out FedEx and I have a ticket waiting at home today.

Hi all, just thought I'd let you know that I received my free ticket today. It's an actual ticket and was sent via FedEx from UO.

I had queried whether or not I would actually get a ticket, as:

a) I live in the UK
and
b) I received the second email saying that I had won a ticket, but not the first one

Anyhow, someone called Pat at Universal wrote to me to confirm that I had won and the 7 day pass arrived today!

I don't know whether it's because I live in the UK that I received an actual ticket, rather than a voucher/code. Also, the ticket doesn't seem to have an expiry date on it, it just says that its complimentary and will expire 6 days after 1st use.

I can't wait until May!!!!

Are you a US citizen? I didn't even try the contest since I'm a Canadian citizen and the rules said for US citizens only.

No I am a UK citizen, I just saw the comp. posted on here and entered it. I did query whether or not I would receive a ticket because of me being a UK citizen, but it didn't seem to be a problem.

well, that sounds as though two of the stated contest instructions/rules (US citizen & voucher in lieu of ticket) were not enforced

very interesting , a fluke or did the clearing house just give a green light to everybody who entered?

I've been following this thread because I won a free ticket as well and I'm waiting for the voucher to come in the mail. My vacation is under two months and counting, but I would like to see it soon because I like to get everything wrapped up.

I'm really hoping that we get ours before Friday.
We leave on Saturday morning.

But, if it doesn't come, it doesn't come.

Yea i was pretty shocked about the UK thing to but we know that they still had tickets Monday morning. So I'm thinking they just let everyone have em that entered I just want my free ticket

I'm still waiting for mine too! We leave 3/20. I got one free ticket (1 day, 1 park) from Coke Rewards, but they sold out of those before I could get a second. Then I won this one, and DS 13 really wants to go to both parks, so we were trying to figure that out. Then I got an email from Mouse4Less with a code to get a 2 day/2 park ticket at a discount, so I did that (saved $25, if you want the url adn code PM me). So, when this comes, I'll do only US, and they'll go to IA for a while and meet me back at US! I don't mind moving slow, shopping wandering around Citywalk, whatever, while they do the rides I'm not interested in!
