I'm 26. Many of my friends are married, or have kids, some even both. One even bought a house.
It blows my mind because even though I have a job, pay bills, make my own dr's appointments, do my own cooking and grocery shopping, etc. I don't know if I really feel like an adult yet. I still feel like a kid forced to go to work and do all these things. Am I alone?
Just curious- at what age did you really feel like an adult?

But it wasn't until I lost both my Dad 1999, and then my Mom 2004, that I really felt like an adult.

He lives on his own, pays his bills, etc but he hangs out here a lot and still goofs around with his younger brothers and acts like a kid half the time.
