When did SWA get their travel funds problems fixed?

Darn it - just tried to use travel funds I had in my daughter's name for my hubby's flight and they finally have it fixed so it has to be in the original person's name - when did they fix it? Just did this a few weeks ago for my sister and me and it worked. Oh well, good thing I still have to book flights home in October and my DD can use her funds! Too bad though - we just did this for my DD's and her DBF flight down with Airtran, and the credit could be used in anyone's name, thank goodness.
