I joined DIS in March 1998. I was planning a 50th wedding anniversary celebration for my MIL & FIL when I found it. I rarely post anymore, but I do lurk a lot! DIS has changed a lot over the last 6 years!

Originally back in 1998 when it was just one board. A crash or two led to re-registering. Mine shows 1999 now.

Before the "big crash". I assume that it was in 1998 just AFTER we made a trip to WDW. I was amazed at all the missed opportunitys of that trip and made sure to be better prepared for our summer 1999 vacation.

I've been here since May of 2001, although I did take some time away from here for personal reasons and it's only been about a year or so that I have gotten back into getting/giving advice about all things Disney and topics not even remotely close to being about Disney.

My dates aren't on the poll. I think it was aug 1998. I lost my first registration and post count in a big DIS crash. Then changed my user name in April 2001. That's why I'm a DIS Vet 3 times over
