When did Freeride come back?

I thought they were gone for good the last time. I don't get on this forum very often, so I'm assuming I missed any discussion about it.

LOL, you aren't missing much, they are a far cry from what they were, my guess is due to a change in ownership as well as coding.

How do you know it's a new owner? I know they had some problems before with the ownership of their graphics, etc. I'm just curious to know if anyone has any info.
