When can you do online check-in?

I could of sworn last night while I was checking my MDE account, there was something that said I could do online check-in and now I don't see it. We check in on 9/1. Is it too early?

Nope you should be able to online check in now

Where do I find it? When I sign into my acct, I went thru every drop down and did not see online check in. Can I get it thru my MDE account? Thanks
