When can you book Candlelight Processional dinner package?

If I remember correctly, last year Disney released all the dates for the Candlelight Processional dinner package on the same day, and anyone could call starting on that release day.

It looks like this year they have to be booked just like regular ADRs--starting 90 days from your arrival date. Is that correct? I don't want to miss when I should be calling. Thanks!

You are correct and if you are staying on property then you can apply the 90+10 rule.

Thanks! I'll add it to my list of ADRs to make. And yes, we'll be on property--gotta love the plus 10 when it comes to those hard to get reservations!
