When can you book a package through AAA?

We are going to Disney in April of 2009. I know you can book a room only reservation, but when can you book a package? Is it only when the 09 rates come out? Thanks!

Yes, to book a package you need to wait until they are released. Sometime this summer.

Remember when you book a package through AAA they deal with the Walt Disney World Travel Company, which is different than dealing with CRO.

Their cancellation policy is 45 days prior to arrival. If you book room only with CRO, the cancellation policy is 5 days prior to arrival.

I prefer to do things al-a-carte as we tend to change our minds a bit before our trip, but many prefer the ease & convenience of a package, so I just wanted to make you aware.

we went this yr. feb. 2008. we booked thru AAA. the rates come out the first week of Aug. i suggest if you know where you want to stay , book your room first, just to hold. we are booked for feb. 2009. but will make the rest of trip then. Last yr. when we booked we were booked at POR at first. then we decided to upgrade to deluxe about 3mths. later. alot of places were getting booked up. so that is why we have a room reserved right now. WL. is the best choice we made, it was our first trip, and were treated very well. we want to make sure we are back "home" where we belong again. our AAA agent is very accomidating, and we trust her to get what we want.
