When can we make PS arrangements for our stay?

How far in advance can we make PS arrangements for our stay? What number should I call? Are there any PS's that are particularly difficult to get?

I'm not sure if this matters but we will be staying at the Grand Californian not concierge.

You can make PS at 60 days out by calling the Disneyland Resort at (714) 956-6755.

What time can you start calling for PS in PST or EST? Thanks!

I would guess PT since Disneyland is on the West Coast. I am not sure what time the reservation office opens.
