When can we book excursions?

I know the date I can book excisions but what time (eastern) can I get online and do so? It has been 5 years since we have sailed and I can't remember.

In my experience it’s been 12:01am EST.
I’ve read some people have problems sometimes and aren’t always able to log on??
Some have had luck clearing their cookies or using a phone or IPad.

You can start all your online check-in, excursions, and other reservations for dining, etc. at 12am ET.

Thanks. I thought it was late night/early morning from what I kind of remembered. I didn't think it was one of those cases where I woke up early. So if it is around midnight eastern - that is 11pm for me. Not bad at all.

I had a problem because I logged in early and waited for midnight. But couldn’t reserve anything. When I logged out then right back in after midnight it worked.
