When can we book Candlelight Processional Dinner packages?

I called Disney Dining today and the agent didn't have any information at all about Candlelight Precessional Dinner Packages. Does anyone know any information and when we'll be able to book these.

Last year, the first day to book was July 2'nd

Per my phone coversation last week with WDW-DINE start looking in two to three weeks. This would be in line with the July 2 date tgropp mentioned from 2007.
