When can I try to get a 4th Fastpass?

So - after hundreds of page refreshes - I was finally able to get a FOP fastpass! But it is not until 7:40pm. Which means my AK fastpasses for that day are at 9:40am (Everest) - then nothing until 5:00pm (Safari) and then 7:40pm (FOP). The earliest Safari time I could get was 5pm and the earliest FOP time I could get was 7:40pm.

Does that mean that I basically won't be able to try for a 4th fastpass all day?

I usually try to schedule all my fastpasses first thing in the morning so that I can try to get additional FP during the day. But since I won't be using my 3rd FP until 7:40pm - it seems like I will be out of luck all day with trying to get additional fastpasses.

Looking for confirmation on this...

I am going to keep trying to move FOP (and Safari) earlier -- frankly though - I can't believe I got FOP after there being none yesterday at 7:00am (my 60 day mark).

until you used your third one, so right at 7:41pm

You can try for a fourth FP after your initial 3 are used or expired. You could theoretically start searching as soon as you scan in for your third FP if you have any time to. It may be difficult to get anything that late in the day though.

Why don't you keep trying to get an earlier time for FOP? You may get lucky twice!

If you're going in September (I assume so based on the 60-day mark), then lines will probably (hopefully) be pretty short as it is. If you get in at rope drop you should be able to hit lots of things with little to no line because most people will be heading to pandora. So FPs wouldn't necessarily be needed at other attractions.
