When can I start using DP credits on split stay?

I have a 10 night trip coming up with a split stay. The first four nights at CR and the last six nights at AKL. I'm thinking about adding DxDP for the AKL portion of the trip. So I'm wondering when I can start using dining credits? If I go to a park early in the morning on the day I'm checking out of CR and into AKL, would I be able to use credits for breakfast in the park even though I'm not "officially" at AKL yet?

You can use them as soon as you check in. You can check in as early at 6:30 a.m. or so.
