When can I make ADR???

We check in on 9/17/11 - 9/24/11. I am confused by reservation system online. I can click on 9/17/11 and it asks for confirmation number and when I enter it it cannot confirm. I thought 3/21/11 was the date I could make reservations but the website confused me.

Please clarify when I can start making my reservations!!!

Yes, March 21st is the day that you can make your reservations.
