when can i make adr...is there still the countdown to be on phone..

You can make an adr at 180days from your arrival date.
If you are staying onsite it is the same you just get to make adrs for the following days you are there, up to 10 days.
You can either call at 7am on your 180th day or get online at 6am, both EST.
