When can I get the Refurb. Schedule for March?

We have our next trip planned for the second week in March. My dh and my kids are HUGE Splash Mountain fans. I am getting worried that it will be down when we are there. The first time we took the kids way back in March 2003, it was closed. I'm worried that maybe that is when they always do it. When will I be able find out the schedule? I am also really hoping that BTMR will be back up and running by then because that is my personal favorite. It seems that everyone is guessing on that still.
