When Can I Book; Anyone Have A Simple Tool?

Once you have your resort reservations, does anyone have a simple tool or calendar that tells you when you're able to book your dining reservations?

My first park days is 01/17/2017 - does this mean I can book dining come 07/11/2016? (Cause it's 180+10, yes?)

Here is the tool: It's 180 days from check in and then up to 10 days after, not 190 days.
