When calling CRO, don't bother putting your reservation # in and home #...

...why?? For what?? You punch in your reservation # and your home phone #... and then the CRO will ask you anyway for your reservation or your zip code along with your home phone. Too much hassle. And it's annoying!

What I have been doing is skipping it by pressing ## for res. and ## for hp.
I get through to the next question... how many time have we have gone to WDW...etc.

The CRO would ask if we have the res # if not then the zip and ask for the hp #.
 
Every time I key in my reservation # and my phone number, then the CM ASKS my reservation # and home # I have to bite my tongue to keep from snapping at him or her.

It is absolutely dumb.
what's worse than that is when you try to pay your room bill in full, and make an adjustment to the dates that they tell you they have no rooms available for that time period you want to check in. HELLO I already have a reservation, I just want to modify it and pay it in full. GEESH. I think the CRO has really gone down hill

Can't wait though. Leaving on the 14th of June 5 nights ar POFQ 3 nites at Vero, and then 5 nights at WL. Hope you got your ressies secure. Maybe you should double check them.
 

I can't stand Disney's phone system. Press this, press that, give them your life history...just to check for a rate. It's a pain in the rear. And I would think that it would be more costly to them than helpful.

This unfortunately is how it is all over nowadays. It's just not Disney. I hate these automated systems. I'm wondering though if they're having problems with the system on a whole. When I use the My Disney Vacation link on the website and type in my confirmation and phone numbers, it either can't find the entire reservation, or it only finds 1/2 the trip. I've called down there twice already and the assure me that it is in the computer.

Kinda scary!!!
