When booking WoC dining...

When I call disney-dining to make reservations for WoC, am I required to pay for my meal then? Can I? Or do I pay at whatever restaurant we choose to eat at?

The dining you pay for at the restaurant. The picnic meals you have to pre-pay.

All dining (except the picnic) you pay when you dine, DL does not collect prepayment for meals. (except the picnic lol)
