When booking with a Travel Agent...

Do you get any kind of paper work that is supposed to go with you to Disney? I've gotten something with the reservation but nothing yet with confirmation of my payment in full. Can anyone help me?

We went last Oct. and booked with an agent. We had the magic your way plus dining package with park hopper passes. I remember it wasn't until a week or two before the trip that our agent sent us a booklet from disney that had vouchers in it for magic express, room, dining and park tickets that we presented to the CM at our hotel when we arrived (with exception of magic express wich we obviously showed at the airport upon arrival). Just keep checking with your agent and don't get too nervous if you don't get anything right away. Hope this helps with your situation.

The one time I used one I remember them saying I would get the doucments about 2 weeks out. I think that this is so that if there were any changes in airlines, they would get it and update the tickets. I got a package of stuff that included vouchers for every aspect of our stay. If your calls are promptly returned by the travel agent I wouldn't worry.
When I made my booking I had a confremation number.

Thanks for the answers! I have a confirmation number, but I though that I was supposed to have something in hand to give to Disney when I got there. I just didn't want to drive that far and not have anything in writing.

Travel documents are mailed from the vendor to the travel agent anywhere from 21-45 days prior to the travel date. Your travel agent should contact you as soon as they arrive in their office.

Disney packages usually contain informational flyers, luggage tags, hotel vouchers, car rental vouchers etc. Disney passes are provided at the hotels front desk when you check in.

As a professional, your travel agent should be happy to tell you when your particular vendor usually sends documents.
