When booking on the phone

Does anyone know if when you book on the phone you can pay the amount in full then? Or do you have to just pay deposit, and then the rest comes out 30 days before?

If you can pay the amount in full, if for any reason you need to cancel, will they refund minus the deposit etc?

You have to pay the full amount if you book online - have you considered doing it that way? I'm afraid I don't know what the refund situation would be.

Hi,

Yes you can pay the full amount when you book over the phone, I did when I booked.
