I don't know about this year, but I did receive the Planet Hollywood voucher last year during free dining.

I received my confirmation in the mail yesterday, and it did have them listed on the package description...my question tho, what are these vouchers??

If I remember correctly the PH one is for a free meal, you get you choose from three preselected meals. However, it is just one free meal for each package reserved not one per person. Again this was for last year.
